Two more of the UK's leading new homes companies are now using Viewings Direct to get confirmed viewing appointments, booked direct from their websites. Kier Homes and Countryside Properties are using the online booking facility which means that buyers no longer need to ring or email to make appointments to view. As soon as a viewing is booked automated emails confirming viewing date and time are sent to the appropriate people within the company along with the buyers details. The prospective buyer also receives an instant confirmation email with directions to the development. Explains Viewings Direct Managing Director, Nicola Goldsmith, “Kier had seen the service in action on their developments on the Smart New Homes portal and have now rolled it out onto their main website.”
Countryside Properties is currently using the online viewing booking system on a special micro website for their Spinning Vale development at Gorton, Manchester and are pleased with the number of viewings booked to date. Says Nicola, “New homes companies particularly like the fact that they only pay if a viewing is booked and that there are no set-up charges or licence fees. Viewings Direct is growing fast. Established just a year ago, key players within the new homes industry are already using the service and discussions are continuing with several other Top 25 leading UK house builders." Adds Nicola,” We are getting the message out there. Companies are seeing the many advantages of Viewings Direct as they revamp their websites and realise that the ability to be able to book a viewing online is what today's buyers are looking for. What they would also like is for the service to make its way onto the major property portals to improve their online sales performance still further and we are currently looking into this. "
