Viewings Direct, the online viewing booking service has just announced a change in its pricing structure. From June, the company is to switch from its ‘payment on results’ pricing model to a fixed monthly fee per development.
Explains Viewings Direct, Managing Director, Nicola Goldsmith, “We listened to feedback from our clients, examined the rise in viewing statistics and did some web research. A fixed fee per development makes budgeting easier and means house builders and property agents can benefit from the increasing number of viewings being booked online, without any increase in cost.”
Many national and regional new homes companies are seeing the benefits of converting web enquiries straight to viewings. The majority of buyers start their property search on the web and if there is the facility to book a viewing online, they can do it, right there and then, the moment they see a property or development they are interested in. The increased sales potential is enormous: one national house builder achieved 30 booked viewings and two sales in a month from one development alone.
