A new service enabling customers to book appointments to view properties online is set to revolutionise the property industry.
Nicola Goldsmith, a former managing director of a national house builder with 20 years experience of selling property is behind the new venture. She explained: “Today over 75% of buyers use the internet to search for property online yet they still have to rely on the telephone and email to arrange viewings. This can be very unreliable."
"Viewings Direct have developed a system that enables buyers to book viewings online, whenever it suits them. It is convenient for the customer, doesn’t matter if offices are closed and, most importantly, reduces the likelihood of missing valuable sales opportunities."
The company also offers an Accompanied Viewing Service. She continued: “Accompanied viewings with experienced sales professionals are essential if you are to sell property, particularly in this difficult climate. Many developers and agents have cut their sales teams to reduce costs and and have had to reduce their opening hours."
“We are building a nationwide network of highly experienced Property Guides who can provide that service cost-effectively and make sure that no sales are missed. They will carry out viewings when companies are short-staffed or outside normal office hours. Our Property Guides know the area and they research the property. They can collect and deliver keys and comply with health and safety and other regulations. Before every viewing they check availability and pricing. There is a strict feedback system that means that every viewing can be monitored and the outcome assessed."
