Redcliffe Homes are celebrating the success of their new online viewing booking service after the first two viewings both resulted in offers. The Chipping Sodbury based house builder was one of the first to use the Viewings Direct system that enables prospective buyers to book viewings online 24/7. Two viewings were booked at the company’s Beckett Place development in Shrivenham. The first viewer made an offer that was accepted but the chain later collapsed.
The second viewing resulted in a reservation on a 4 bed detached house the same day. By being amongst the first to view this popular new development the buyers were able to secure the plot of their choice. Margaret Horrocks, sales manager for Redcliffe Homes, is delighted with the results. She commented, ‘Having this new service on our website means prospective buyers can make an instant appointment to view while they are still ‘warm’.
The problem with the vast number of hits on our website is that we never really know what happens to buyers after they have viewed the information.
