The number of buyers booking viewings online increased significantly over the past few days as the big freeze began to thaw. Nicola Goldsmith, managing director for Viewings Direct commented; "A big increase in the number of viewings coincided immediately with the improved weather conditions as people decided that they couldn't hold off their new year property search much longer. Interest has been particularly keen in the South West, with Swindon performing particularly well."
