Viewings Direct, leading provider of online viewing services, has just reported a 50% increase in viewings booked through its online booking system in May. More and more house builders are integrating the automated 'pay as you click' booking system to their websites. Following a successful trial, leading independent house builder Bloor Homes, has now rolled out the system across all regions in the Group. Smart New Homes have also been busy adding the facility to its website listings on behalf of house builders nationwide. Buyers can now make an appointment to view a property wherever they see the 'book a viewing online' button. All booked viewings are communicated instantly to all relevant personnel by email. The buyer also receives a confirmation email which includes a link to Google Maps giving directions to the development and a text reminder message. A new feature of the service shows the source of the booked viewing. This is particularly important when the button appears not only on the developer's own website but property portals such as Smart New Homes. Viewings Direct offer a number of additional support services including support and input into SEO and the integration of the button into one-off email campaigns.
