How does it work?
This new and proven marketing tool works simply by placing the most effective call to action on a website or property listing, a 'Book Viewing Now' button. This button, when clicked, links through to an automated online diary. Wherever buyers see the button they can book confirmed viewing appointments right there and then - the minute they see a property they are interested in. It can be used on websites, property portals and in email marketing campaigns.
How do buyers book viewings?
It's simple. They just click on the button and they will be taken straight to a calendar. They then select the date and time they want to view from the available appointments, press 'book viewing' and wait for the confirmation email.
What happens when a viewing has been booked?
The buyer will receive an instant confirmation email confirming the date and time of the appointment, with property directions.
Who else is notified when a viewing has been booked?
A confirmation email is sent to all interested parties including sales adviser, sales manager, sales co-ordinator, branch manager etc. Whoever needs to know will be notified instantly. If required, our Viewings Handling team can notify sales staff in person.
How do we get set-up?
The Viewings Direct team provides the individual development URL links which 'sit ' behind the button to your website company or IT department to add to your website. You can design your own viewing button to suit your corporate identity if you wish.
How much does it cost?
There is NO set-up charge and you only pay a small monthly fee per development to use Viewings Direct.
What happens when we need to make changes to opening hours or have new developments to sell?
The system is web-enabled so you can handle the administration yourselves. Alternatively just let the team know and we will handle it for you. We are always available to help out.
Where are the viewing details and customer information stored?
All data is stored securely in the system and may be accessed at any time with your unique user login and password.
What if the viewer wants to cancel the viewing?
They simply click on the cancellation link in their confirmation email. This will then be forwarded to all interested parties and the appointment will be cancelled in the online diary.
